Day 1: Baltimore

IMG_8210

The National Aquarium at Baltimore is an amazing place. Not only do they have DOLPHINS and a Dolphin Show that was amazing to watch and breath taking for the kids, but their other exhibits like the visiting Jellyfish, multi-level rainforest exhibit, and Australian exhibits were all really exciting and different than exhibits we have here in Oklahoma. They also have many amazing giant windows with views of the harbor.

After a fun day with our friends at the Aquarium, we ventured out to do a little Harbor Exploration! We took a paddleboat ride around the harbor and took in the historic ships you can board and tour.

Now, Baltimore IS where someone stole my daughter’s suitcase out of our rental car. The harbor is a pretty safe and fun area, but I wouldn’t go exploring outside it.

We spent one day in the harbor. It seemed enough for us. Next, onward to DC.
