I realized something today. Something terrifying about my veggie adventure. I'm going to have to start eating eggs. I hate eggs. They are blank chicken periods. I hate them...but they are so full of proteins...and I should eat them. SO I need help. How can I make eggs not gross? Your recipes and ideas please!
Deviled eggs? Omelets filled with veggies and cheese, egg salad sandwich, ummmm quiche, souffles, egg casseroles...thats all I have for now.

ReplyDeleteI love Better Homes Quich. But there are quite a few out there. I layer mine with bacon, cheese, and spinach. Lots and Lots of spinach and bacon though... One point I had so much "extra" in my "Egg Pie" that I had to make two. Best week of school lunchs ever!
ReplyDeleteI will second Better Homes. You could replace the bacon with just extra toppings, in Corley's it would obviously be the spinach :P But mushrooms, extra cheese, bell peppers, etc. The only cookbooks I ever use are my BHG and Pioneer Woman online. Happy Cooking! (PS if you add enough cheese to anything I think it makes it tasty haha!)
